The rustic Bergrestaurant Sonnblick (table service) with huge outdoor terrace can be found directly in Hochsölden, situated on slope 19/20. An ideal starting point for enjoyment with lounge chairs for relaxing. You can reach the restaurant from Hochsölden by foot through a tunnel. Alpine lodge evenings for groups are organized on request.
The Restaurant Sonnblick with its spacious panoramic terrace is open throughout the year and can be reached from both Hochsölden as well as via the Giggijochbahn lift (new bike trail in the summer).
Open during winter
You can reach the "Sonnblick" during winter with a short ski run direct from the Giggijoch. Coming from Hochsölden, pedestrians can use the convenient tunnel during the winter. There is space for up to 150 guests in the quaint snuggery of the restaurant. And there are plenty of loungers for everyone on the large sun terrace. The lodge is very popular thanks to the sunny location. Guests are enticed in to taking an afternoon nap on a lounger – often in just t-shirts during the spring, when the temperatures start to climb.
Open during summer
